Job summary

NETMARKS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a network professional to implement Cisco-based enterprise networking solutions.

The role covers design, configuration, planning, and implementation of IT networks including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and other vendors’ products such as Fortinet and HPE Aruba. The successful candidate will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, handle problem solving, service contracts, changes, and maintenance, and maintain comprehensive

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
• 2–3 years working experience in the field.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of enterprise networking based on Cisco products and solutions.
• Design, configuration, planning and implementation of enterprise IT network with Cisco routers, switches, firewall, wireless and other vendors’ products such as Fortinet, HPE Aruba.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Responsible for problem solving, service contract, change and maintenance management.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network design, configuration, process and service records.

• Workingday and time: 5 days 9am-6pm
