Careerally Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Network Engineering Lead for a permanent role. This position will involve leading the implementation and administration of multi-vendor network environments, designing and supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Network Engineering Lead (Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of multi-vendor network environments, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS appliances.
• Design, deploy, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and ISP connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop network solutions supporting infrastructure, voice, desktop, and video services.
• Ensure network changes comply with change management policies and procedures.
• Develop network proof-of-concepts (POCs) and provide technical guidance to implementation teams.
• Manage network hardware and software lifecycle, including technology refresh initiatives.
• Maintain network documentation, standards, and operational processes.
• Mentor team members and participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Security or related certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of network engineering experience in medium to large enterprise environments.
• CCNP certification preferred; Check Point or Palo Alto certifications are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, NAT, IPv6, and load balancing.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus/Catalyst, and Check Point, Palo Alto, or Fortinet firewalls.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure operations, monitoring, and change/configuration management.
• Experience implementing large‑scale network solutions; payments or financial services industry experience is an advantage.
