Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics, and ensure on-time processing.

You will maintain inventory accuracy through ERP updates, close orders monthly, prepare reports, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management.
• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management.

• Perform ship confirmation upon receipt of complete shipping documents and ensure all pending orders are closed by month-end.
• Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
