Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable supply chain professional to support daily customer orders, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics, and ensure timely fulfilment.

You will maintain inventory accuracy through ERP updates, perform stock transfers, close orders by month-end, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Perform ship confirmation on receipt of complete shipping documents and close pending orders by month-end.
• Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal control.

Job description

Duties:

Location: Central
Salary: Up to $3500
