Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an IT/Data Center focused professional to handle inventory and asset management tasks in a high-volume environment. You will coordinate warranty claims with suppliers, process RMA devices, and ensure accurate data across CMDB and asset repositories.

The role requires a Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering with at least 2 years in a DC environment, and offers development opportunities within an East Singapore location and standard 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks and escape issues during high-volume work activity or escalation based situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claim and process failed vendor hardware devices.
• Maintain focus to understand impact of work on tickets and IAM tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date information in inventory and asset management systems.
• Ensure detailed inventory tracking and staging.
• Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
• Destruct data bearing devices following SLAs and Microsoft policies.
• Escalate stock shortages to management when necessary.
• Comply with security and data management policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks and escape issues during high-volume work activity or escalation based situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claim and process failed vendor hardware devices. This includes information processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to RMA warranty process.
• Maintains a strong focus to understand the impact of their work when completing tickets and assigned inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks.
• Maintains and steward up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).
• Ensures detailed inventory tracking and staging.
• Help to reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
• Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies as necessary.
• Escalates any issues or notifies management about ordering stock shortages when necessary.
• Comply with security and data management policies.
