Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in UPW and wastewater systems in semiconductor/high-tech construction.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UPW and wastewater treatment processes and controls.
• Proven construction and project management capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and engineering oversight for UPW and wastewater treatment systems to meet capacity, reliability, quality and performance.
• Review and approve technical specifications, equipment selections, layouts, drawings and calculations.
• Lead design reviews; coordinate interfaces with other engineering disciplines and facility systems.
• Evaluate technologies to enhance system performance, water recovery, sustainability and lifecycle value.
• Lead construction and installation aligning with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and interfaces; plan milestones and resource needs; drive timely execution.
• Conduct site reviews to verify installation quality and compliance; ensure turnover documentation.
• Lead testing, commissioning, startup, and handover; establish acceptance criteria and turnover sequence.
• Coordinate with Facilities Operations, EHS, and end users to ensure operational readiness.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance through all phases.
