Job summary

Micron is seeking a Construction Ultra Pure Water & Waste Water Treatment Manager to lead UPW and Waste Water projects for semiconductor facilities. You will oversee design, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

You will drive readiness, review technical deliverables, set milestones, and manage quality, safety, and schedule to meet project goals across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience leading UPW and Waste Water Treatment projects.
• Strong design, construction, commissioning, and handover skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of UPW and Waste Water Treatment systems to meet manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and interfaces to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Develop construction milestones, resource plans, and mitigation strategies for critical paths.
• Conduct site reviews to verify installation quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operations, EHS, and facilities to ensure readiness and documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across projects.
