Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore Ultra Pure Water & Waste Water Treatment Engineer leads design, construction, and commissioning of UPW and wastewater systems for advanced semiconductor facilities.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality water systems meeting stringent environmental and safety standards. You will coordinate with stakeholders, optimize system performance, and mentor contractors while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UPW and wastewater systems, with at least 3 years in wastewater treatment in semiconductor/high-tech construction.
• Proficiency in water treatment design software and tools; strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering Oversight of UPW and wastewater systems for semiconductor facilities.
• Construction & installation management, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements post-commissioning.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Stakeholder coordination and reporting to end users and project teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of contractors; drive training and continuous improvement.
