Job summary

IHS Markit is seeking an experienced Upstream Energy Consulting professional in Singapore to lead end-to-end engagements, develop new business, and guide cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes applying analytics and AI to deliver high-impact client solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, develop reusable IP, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-aligned deliverables while advancing the practice's capabilities and market position.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas project management or management consulting with upstream exposure.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements end-to-end.
• Drive business development and growth through proposals and thought leadership content.
• Manage cross-functional project teams across complex engagements while supporting Directors in client activities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while leading by example.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance project delivery and create innovative solutions.
• Build reusable intellectual property and best practices for client solutions.
