ANTER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Biotechnologist to join the downstream processing team in Singapore.

The role focuses on chromatography operations, column handling, and support for NPI and validation batches, working closely with process engineers and MSAT in a hands-on shop-floor setting. The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in biotechnology or related fields, roughly one year of GMP biopharmaceutical experience, and familiarity with GMP, documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher-level qualification with a focus on biotechnology or bioprocessing.
GMP knowledge and experience working in pharma or biotech manufacturing.
Experience or exposure to chromatography and downstream processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

Execute routine and non-routine chromatography operations for downstream purification per batch records and SOPs.
Perform column packing, unpacking, repacking, and column performance testing; support resin handling and storage.
Set up, operate and monitor chromatography skids; respond to in-process alarms and deviations.
Carry out CIP and Sanitisation-in-Place on chromatography systems and equipment.
Support adjacent downstream unit operations (filtration, ultrafiltration, diafiltration) and aseptic handling in classified areas.
Complete batch records and logbooks in line with GMP and data integrity requirements; support deviations and audit readiness.
