Responsibilities

• UPS Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled inspection and health checks.
• Battery condition assessment.
• Functional testing and reporting.
• Recommendations for corrective actions.
• UPS Monitoring (DCIM) and fault diagnosis.
• Replacement of defective components where applicable.
• Breakdown support and escalation handling.
• Support hours and response time options.
• Onsite support arrangements.
• Escalation and reporting processes.
• Inspection of associated power equipment (e.g. distribution boards, cabling related to UPS).
• Electrical safety and compliance checks.
• Maintenance reports.
• Incident and service records.
• Recommendations for lifecycle management.
