Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehousing activities at Joo Koon, ensuring smooth inbound, picking, delivery and returns processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management and familiarity with SOP setup and warehouse operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity while fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management is required.
• Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and analyze daily operational workflows to improve productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Establish, implement, and control SOPs for inbound, picking, delivery, returns and inventory cycle counting.
• Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communication between top management and ground staff.
• Train and supervise teams on SOPs and monitoring lapses with corrective actions to foster accountability.
• Implement KPIs for pickers using data like picking time and orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse picking, delivery).
• Allocate staff across roles based on strengths.

Requirement

1. Min Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management
2. Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations

Job scope

• Setup and analyse daily operational work flows and processes to optimize deficiency and productivity by removing bottle necks
• Setup, implement, maintain and control of SOP processes (inbound / picking / delivery/ returns / inventory cycle counting
• Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and team on the ground
• Train and supervise various teams on SOP and ways to monitor lapses and implement corrective actions with the aim of fostering a culture for accountability
• Implementing of KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time, number of orders fulfilled
• Tie up cross functional teams (indoor sales / warehouse picking / delivery )
• Allocation of staff across various roles based on their strengths
