• Setup and analyse daily operational workflows to improve productivity by removing bottlenecks.
• Setup, implement, maintain and control SOP processes for inbound, picking, delivery, returns and inventory cycle counting.
• Hold regular meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between management and ground staff.
• Train and supervise teams on SOPs and monitor lapses with corrective actions for accountability.
• Implement KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time and orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across indoor sales, warehouse picking and delivery.
• Allocate staff across roles based on their strengths.

Setup, implement, maintain and control of SOP processes (inbound / picking / delivery/ returns / inventory cycle counting
