Job summary

Omnilojo in Singapore seeks a skilled Unity developer to design, implement, and iterate playable gameplay features and systems based on approved concepts, working closely with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver engaging, high‑quality experiences. You will help profile and diagnose performance issues, balance gameplay, and ensure smooth multiplayer synchronization where applicable.

This role requires strong C# fundamentals and solid understanding of game design and player experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or related field.
• Strong Unity and C# programming fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of gameplay design and player experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with designers, artists, and engineers.
• Good command of English; Mandarin helpful for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on playable game versions based on approved concepts and requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay features and systems in Unity.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure stable, smooth gameplay and high-quality player experience.
• Improve shared code and internal tools to accelerate prototyping and development iteration.
• Profile and analyze gameplay systems to diagnose performance, stability, and synchronization issues.
• Document key learnings from development and playtests, and propose actionable improvements for future iterations.
