Job summary

Century Games is seeking a Senior Unity Game Programmer to build rapid mobile prototypes using Unity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate concepts and refine gameplay based on real-time data to boost engagement and monetization.

The role requires strong Unity/C# skills, a 4+ year background in games, and solid knowledge of design patterns with clean, maintainable code. Hybrid WFO with a Wednesday remote option.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years in the game industry, preferably casual games.
• Experience with Unity engine and Unity/C# development.
• Knowledge of Git or similar source control tools.
• Familiarity with OOP and design patterns; clean, readable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rapid prototypes of mobile games to validate new concepts.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and artists to iterate on prototypes.
• Adjust prototypes based on data insights to optimize UA, retention and monetization.
• Stay updated with mobile game dev trends, best practices and technologies.
