This role is based on-site at our Singapore Studio.We encourage both mid and senior-level designers to apply.RESPONSIBILITIES* Designs, implements, and iterates on combat systems, features, and content.* Writes and maintains documentation for combat systems, features, and content.* Communicates with engineering, art, and other disciplines to produce implementation plans according to design specifications.* Deconstructs broad specifications into actionable tasks for designers, engineers, technical artists, and artists.* Drive and follow-up on the production of features, ensuring communication and collaboration across disciplines to meet deadlines.* Playtests their designs with peers to gather feedback and inform subsequent design iterations and refinements.* Polishes the gameplay experience for quality and accessibility to ship amazing products.* Maintains up to date knowledge of design principles and trends in the industry* Learns from and shares knowledge with peers on a regular basisLocation:Singapore Singapore Singapore
