Job summary

Synapxe is offering a Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 in Singapore for an RPA Development & Process Automation role. You will gain hands-on experience by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and developing RPA solutions using UiPath, working closely with stakeholders to improve health tech operations.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in their 2nd or 3rd year, with interest in business analytics, information systems, or computer science, and some exposure to RPA or Python

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Year 2 or 3 pursuing a degree related to analytics or CS
• RPA experience or Python programming experience is a plus
• Familiar with UiPath RPA tool and dashboard visualisation is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
• Design and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and related tools
• Conduct feasibility assessments and effort estimations for automation requests
• Test and refine automation workflows for reliability and performance
• Develop and maintain process documentation and technical specifications
• Create dashboards and visualisations to derive actionable insights (optional)
• Participate in ad‑hoc automation projects to address business needs

Join our Process Automation team to gain hands‑on experience in transforming and improving business processes through automation. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to real‑world healthcare operations by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and minimizing operational risks through automation.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and operational pain points
• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and other automation tools
• Conduct feasibility assessments and support effort estimation for new automation requests
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining and optimising existing automated processes
• Develop and maintain process documentation, technical specifications, and user guides
• Assist in creating dashboards and visualisations to derive actionable insights from operational data and support decision‑making (Optional)
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and automation initiatives to address emerging business needs and challenges

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Experience in RPA or Python programming and dashboard visualisation (Optional)
• Strong understanding of RPA Solution and fundamentals
• Able to perform feasibility impact assessment and effort estimation for new requests
• Familiar with UiPath RPA tool
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
