Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general (non-life) insurance operations or financial services.
• Proven track record in leading underwriting operations and CX initiatives.
• Strong capability to drive cross-regional initiatives and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Align and drive strategic goals with senior management.
• Oversee underwriting operations for Singapore and APAC lines.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys and improve service standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Lead offshore automation and offshoring initiatives with delivery centres.
• Provide coaching and development for direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance, risk controls, and compliance with corporate standards.
