Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced UI designer to craft end-to-end flows for a volunteer management system. You will translate research into tangible interfaces and design for coordinators, administrators, and volunteers, ensuring consistency and accessibility across dashboards and workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with researchers, product, and engineering to deliver designs from concept to implementation, while contributing patterns back to the design system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in UI or product design with a shipped portfolio.
• Strong UI craft across layout, typography, hierarchy for responsive, data-heavy screens.
• Advanced Figma with components and design tokens.
• Hands-on usability testing: planning, running, and acting on findings.
• Fluent in accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG 2.1, ARIA-aware).
• Experience designing workflow or management-type systems (dashboards, records, scheduling).
• Clear communication of design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
