Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd seeks an experienced UI/Product Designer to shape the user experience of a volunteer management platform. You will design end-to-end workflows for volunteers, coordinators, and admins.

Lead high-fidelity UI, establish design tokens, run usability tests, and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance across product touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to production.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital product or UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience designing workflow-heavy, management, or administrative platforms.
Advanced mastery of Figma, including nested components and design tokens.
Deep practical knowledge of inclusive design principles and WCAG 2.1.
Hands-on experience facilitating user testing sessions and turning insights into UI refinements.
Ability to clearly present design rationale to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Craft high-fidelity UI screens, interactive prototypes, and complete workflows for dashboards, scheduling, and records.
Tailor interfaces for volunteers, coordinators, and system administrators.
Establish UI patterns, components, and design tokens; contribute to design system.
Plan, conduct, and analyse usability tests to validate design decisions.
Implement WCAG 2.1 standards and ARIA-aware practices across touchpoints.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX researchers to take concepts to production.
