Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd seeks an experienced UI/Product Designer to shape the user experience of a volunteer management platform. You will design end-to-end workflows for volunteers, coordinators, and admins.

Lead high-fidelity UI, establish design tokens, run usability tests, and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance across product touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product or UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing workflow-heavy, management, or administrative platforms.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including nested components and design tokens.
• Deep practical knowledge of inclusive design principles and WCAG 2.1.
• Hands-on experience facilitating user testing sessions and turning insights into UI refinements.
• Ability to clearly present design rationale to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/Product Designer to shape the user experience of our volunteer management platform. You will design intuitive, accessible, end-to-end workflows tailored to the distinct needs of volunteers, coordinators, and system administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-fidelity UI screens, interactive prototypes, and complete workflows for complex, data-dense digital tools (dashboards, scheduling, records).
• Tailor interfaces to serve varied user roles—from everyday volunteers to power-user administrators.
• Establish consistent UI patterns, component libraries, and design tokens, contributing reusable assets back to the public sector design system.
• Plan, conduct, and analyse usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on real feedback.
• Implement WCAG 2.1 standards and ARIA-aware design practices across all product touch points.
• Partner closely with product management, engineering, and UX researchers to bring concepts from early wireframes to production-ready implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of digital product or UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped software.
• Prior experience designing workflow-heavy, management, or administrative platforms.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including nested components, auto-layout, interactive variants, and design tokens.
• Deep practical knowledge of inclusive design principles and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
