USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD is seeking a skilled UX Researcher in Singapore to drive discovery, gather stakeholder feedback, and translate insights into actionable designs.

You will lead interviews, organize workshops, map user journeys, and validate conclusions through usability tests and benchmark analyses. The role emphasizes delivering wireframes and prototypes aligned with design systems and platform standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX discovery and requirements elicitation.
• Familiarity with information architecture and usability testing.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback.
• Analyze data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions.
• Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys.
• Facilitate information architecture creation using card sorting and tree-testing.
• Conduct benchmark analysis of relevant websites.
• Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour and assumptions.
• Create wireframes and user flows based on discovery findings.
• Ensure alignment of designs to relevant design kits and WOG standards.
• Refine designs based on validated results and stakeholder feedback.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure designs can be implemented on Optical.
• Provide and hand over high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile to the implementation team.
