Job summary

Tangent Design & Advertising Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.

You will translate user needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces, plan and conduct user research, and champion accessibility and design systems in a fast-paced environment.”

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile applications.
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
