QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD.

is seeking a senior UX/UI/product design lead with 5+ years of experience to drive design for consumer-facing apps in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and mental health professionals to craft experiences that shape user behavior, conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile, and ensure accessibility.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of UX/UI/product design experience.
• Experience as a design lead for 3–5 complex projects.
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps influencing habits and mindset change.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools for UX research and UI design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and mental health professionals to understand user needs and platform objectives.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across the platform's various sections and versions
• Incorporate accessibility features to accommodate users with diverse needs and disabilities.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Deliverables:
• User personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform design decisions.
• Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and Ul designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Accessibility audits and recommendations for improving the platform's accessibility.
• Design assets and resources for developers, including iconography, typography, and visual elements.
• Other ad-hoc works required for the continued design and development of the platform

Profile

• At least 5 years of UXUI/product design experience
• Experience as a design lead for at least 3-5 complex projects
• Experience with designing consumer facing apps that influences habit-forming behaviour and mindset change
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or other design tools
• Experience leveraging on AI tools for UX research and UI design work e.g. Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, GitHub Copilot, etc
• Good communication skills and the ability to present designs to clients and teams
