Successful candidates combine a technical banking background with a strong commercial mindset, client leadership, and governance awareness to navigate complex regulatory requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

Background in Corporate/Investment Banking or related fields with client facing transition.
Genuine interest in wealth management and private banking products.
Ability to identify issues, root causes and mobilise resources to deliver.
Experience supporting UHNW client needs with risk and governance awareness.

Mansioni

Identify, structure and execute tailored solutions across markets for UHNW clients.
Partner with front-office teams to shape client strategies and proposals.
Collaborate across product desks to speed up market delivery.
Leverage CIB, asset management and other HSBC lines for bespoke solutions.
Maintain pipeline tracking, reporting and disciplined execution.
Help design governance and risk controls for delivered solutions.
