Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Management Client Service Manager to oversee client relationships and deliver a full suite of private wealth management services to UHNW clients. The role partners with Investment Representatives to ensure seamless execution and superior service across portfolios.

You will manage trading and account servicing, perform KYC, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• Experience in wealth management or private banking with trade execution.
• Ability to execute high-volume, time-sensitive orders across asset classes.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute banking and investment transactions including equities, fixed income, FX, and funds.
• Perform pre-trade checks, disclosures, and monitor post-trade processes.
• Process asset transfers and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Conduct KYC reviews and coordinate with stakeholders for account opening.
• Support IRs with meeting scheduling and operational efficiency improvements.
