Job summary

Morgan Stanley Singapore is seeking a Management Client Service Manager (MCSM) to partner with Investment Representatives in delivering private wealth services to UHNW clients. You will manage client relationships across trading, account opening, and service delivery, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include executing a wide range of transactions, performing pre-trade checks, handling KYC reviews, and coordinating onboarding, with a focus on efficient client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• Client service experience within wealth management or private banking.
• Experience executing high-volume, time-sensitive trade orders across multiple asset classes.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and wealth management operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of banking and investment transactions across asset classes.
• Perform pre-trade suitability checks and ensure client disclosures are completed.
• Monitor and follow up on trade executions and settlement activities.
• Process inward/outward asset transfer requests and respond to client inquiries.
• Coordinate account opening, KYC reviews and periodic client profile reviews.
• Provide administrative support to Investment Representatives and drive process improvements.
