Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Operations Client Servicing Associate for PWM Asia Operations in Singapore to serve as a key client service contact and escalation point. You will collaborate with business and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, coordinate training, report metrics, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, client service, middle office or asset servicing environments
• Understanding of operational processes related to cash products, OTC derivatives, alternative investments and related asset classes
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and summarize complex issues
• At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Responsibilities

• Execute processes, functions and project activities by leveraging knowledge of operational workflows, systems and financial products
• Manage the lifecycle of banking products for UHNW clients, including term loans and deposits, while supporting regulatory control processes and AML screening
• Recognize risk in day-to-day activities and contribute to control enhancements and process improvements
• Build effective relationships with Operations teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives
• Participate in projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to solution development and timely execution
• Act as a local Operations client service contact point for Singapore, with backup coverage for Hong Kong, supporting escalation management and issue resolution
• Coordinate Operations-related training, stakeholder meetings, escalation metrics and management updates to drive transparency and remediation efforts
• Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends, highlight risks and support decision-making
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance the client experience and promote operational excellence
