Job summary

Morgan Stanley Singapore is seeking a Management Client Service Manager (MCSM) to partner with Investment Representatives and deliver a comprehensive set of private wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients.

You will support a broad range of banking and investment transactions, perform pre-trade checks, and manage post-trade activities, while ensuring compliance and seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• Relevant client service experience within wealth management or private banking.
• Experience executing high-volume, time-sensitive trade orders across multiple asset classes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Flexibility to support early morning, lunchtime, after-hours, and/or public holiday trading coverage when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of banking and investment transactions, including equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivatives, mutual funds, and deposits.
• Conduct pre-trade suitability checks and ensure client disclosures are completed.
• Monitor and follow up on trade executions, bookings, and settlements.
• Process client asset transfers and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate KYC reviews and account opening with internal stakeholders.
• Support periodic reviews of client profiles and risk documentation.
• Assist with client meeting coordination and administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
