Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Investment Solutions Specialist to drive fund advisory and distribution across our North Asian client franchise. You will partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to originate, position and execute ideas across public and private markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of the fund landscape, strong stakeholder relationships, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund sales and distribution within private banking platforms.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (private bankers, investment counsellors) and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of alternatives (private markets, hedge funds) and fundraising cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund penetration and revenue by positioning mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and private credit to UHNW clients.
• Deepen relationships with relationship managers and investment counsellors through product training, market updates, and client presentations.
• Own product positioning and narrative – translate market views to client ideas and portfolios.
• Lead and support fundraising efforts by including client meetings, roadshows and targeted events.
• Deliver high impact training and enablement to frontline teams to strengthen product conviction and sales effectiveness.
• Work closely with product and investment teams to shape product strategy, feedback market demand and refine go-to-market approach.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor positioning and client sentiment to drive timely engagement.
