Morgan Stanley is seeking an Operations Client Servicing Associate for PWM Asia Operations in Singapore. You will act as a key client service and escalation contact, supporting issue resolution, training coordination, and reporting across regional stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage post-execution processes, oversee AML screening, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with global operations teams to enhance client experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in Operations, client service, middle office or asset servicing environments.
• Understanding of cash products, OTC derivatives, alternative investments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and summarize complex issues.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on process improvement and control enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute processes and project activities across operational workflows and systems.
• Manage lifecycle of banking products for UHNW clients including loans and deposits.
• Identify risks and contribute to control enhancements and remediation efforts.
• Coordinate training, stakeholder meetings and escalation management to drive transparency.
• Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends and support decision-making.
