Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated UAT support specialist to drive testing activities for the new platform.

You will execute test cases, log issues, and validate system enhancements while liaising with business managers to capture feedback and improvement ideas. Responsibilities include tracking defects, coordinating with project teams for testing and change management, and preparing management-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAT and test execution within enterprise platforms.
• Ability to gather and translate user requirements for system improvements.
• Proficiency in tracking defects and coordinating with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the new platform, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements
• Engage business managers and users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review
• Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption of the new platform across the business
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
