Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced UAT tester to collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to translate requirements into test plans and acceptance criteria. You will develop and execute UAT test cases, coordinate sessions, and document results.

You will identify defects, track issues, and support re-testing while helping to improve UAT processes and methodologies. This role offers an on-site position in Singapore with exposure to cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and acceptance criteria with business analysts, PMs and end-users.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases and scripts.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT testing sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
• Identify, document and track defects and issues found during UAT.
• Ensure all business requirements are met before product release.
• Assist in the preparation of UAT test environments and data.
• Support resolution of issues and re-test fixes as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results and defect logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement of UAT processes and methodologies.
