Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable UAT Tester to support system implementation and enhancements by coordinating UAT activities, validating functionality, and collecting user feedback to drive adoption.

You will work closely with business users and project stakeholders to ensure testing success and smooth user adoption across the organization. In this role, you will execute test cases, report defects, prepare test documentation, and assist in change management and user

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1–2 years in UAT, project coordination, or related roles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical, problem-solving, and organized.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
Log, track, and retest defects and system enhancements.
Gather and consolidate user feedback, requirements, and improvement suggestions.
Coordinate testing activities with business users and project teams.
Monitor and follow up on testing outcomes, issues, and enhancement requests.
Prepare test reports, status updates, and user feedback summaries.
Support training, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, user guides, and process materials.
