Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Analyst to develop and execute UAT and QA test plans, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria. You will review requirements and user stories to keep testing scope aligned with standards and coordinate with business stakeholders for smooth UAT delivery.

The role oversees functional, regression, and integration testing, leads defect triage, and maintains consistent testing methodologies across initiatives, driving governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing UAT/test plans.
• Ability to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT and QA test plans with scope and timelines.
• Review requirements, process flows, and user stories for clarity and testability.
• Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases aligned to standards.
• Coordinate and support UAT execution with stakeholders; track progress and issues.
• Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing and document results.
• Lead defect triage with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain consistent testing methodologies and reporting across initiatives.
• Identify gaps and recommend governance improvements.
