Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Projects Operational Readiness Support professional to join the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre in Singapore. You will ensure smooth testing, training, and documentation during technology changes across cash, payments, trade, loans and channels operations.

The role emphasizes UAT execution, defect management, and post-implementation support, with opportunities to contribute to automation using TOSCA, Selenium, and Appium in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresher or experience in financial institutions.
• Experience with Swift in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels adds value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools (TOSCA, Selenium, Appium).

Projects Operational Readiness Support (Cash/ Payments/ Trade/ Loans/ Channels)

Job Description

You will be part of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre ensuring seamless implementation of technology changes through effective Testing, Training and Documentation. Product verticals supported are Cash/ Payments/ Trade / Loans/ Channels Operations Centres.

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Handle Manual/ Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA/ other Bank Approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan
• Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline
• Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest
• Review UAT test results and publish test metrics
• Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail
• Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system/ enhancement to impacted operations and/ or business users
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science
• Fresher or experience preferably in financial institutions
• Experience in operations especially Swift standard in either Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels will be an added advantage
• Proficient computer skills or programming skills
• Experience in automation using tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Appium
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Motivated driven and can work under pressure and able to complete task given within the project timeline
• Have a strong organization belonging, team player and willing to share knowledge
