Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD's client, a well established financial institution, seeks a QA/Testing professional for a one-year contract with potential extension. You will participate in testing activities, gather requirements, and support Agile project implementation.

Responsibilities include planning test scope, developing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM is advantageous; 1–3 years in UAT/QA and a diploma/degree in IT/CS/Business are

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UAT, software testing, QA, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Participate in testing activities and requirements gathering workshops.
• Plan test scope, create test cases, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Execute test cases and manage defects; support Agile sprint activities.

Work Scope

• Participatein testing activities/requirements gathering workshops
• Plan of test scope, test case and test scope.
• Test case execution, and defect management, active participation in Agile development sprint to clearly understand the task to be done, blocked or in progress, learning the agility to adopt changes and ensure alignment of testing with requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.Those with relevant internship/project experience in software testing may alsobe considered.
• 1-3years of experience in UAT, software testing, QA or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in Agile/Scrum project environments will be preferred
• Familiarity with testing and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

This is a Contract role for One year/extendable
