Job summary

TDCX is seeking a License Compliance Associate with Turkish to identify sales opportunities and guide customers through the audit and compliance process. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage deployment data, and present audit results to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have English and Turkish fluency, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and a proactive, independent work style in a global BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Turkish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• CRM tools experience (e.g., Salesforce.com) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers.
• Assist and guide customers in their purchases during the audit process.
• Acquire product, license, agreements and contracts knowledge to tailor solutions.
• Drive direct deal closures where compliance investments are clear.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to transition from non-compliance to compliance.
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com.
