Job summary

TDCX Group is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO company offering CX solutions, sales and digital marketing services. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, guiding customers through audits, and applying product and contract knowledge to meet client needs.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions from non-compliance to compliant states and use Salesforce to track leads and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Russian language skills required.
• Experience in technology sales or compliance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers and guide customers in their purchases.
• Lead customers through the audit process and present results to key stakeholders up to C-level.
• Acquire product, license, and contract knowledge to tailor responses to customer needs.
• Drive direct deal closures where appropriate to monetize compliance investments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Channel and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
