License Compliance Associate with Russian will identify and capture sales opportunities, guide customers through audits, and collaborate with Legal, Channel and sales teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Russian and English skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools (SFDC, etc.).
• High emotional maturity and passion for technology sales.
• Curious listener and team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers and assist customers in their purchases.
• Lead customers through the audit process, collect deployment data, present results to stakeholders, and negotiate resolutions until closure.
• Acquire product, license agreement, and contract knowledge to address customer needs across products and regions.
• Drive direct deal closures when a clear ROI is shown for compliance investments in new products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition from non-compliance to compliance.
• Use Salesforce.com to track leads, opportunities, activities, and results.
• Develop and monitor LC campaigns and ensure cross-functional collaboration to maximise revenue.
