Job summary

TDCX is a leading global BPO company focused on customer experience, sales and digital marketing. We seek a proactive Brand Ambassador-like professional who can drive compliance discussions and close opportunities with customers in a dynamic tech sales environment.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and outcomes while representing our brand in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers and assist & guide customers in their purchases.
• Guide customers through the audit process and present results to key stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Acquire product, license and contract knowledge to tailor responses to customer needs.
• Drive deal closures and collaborate with Legal, Channel and sales teams to maximize revenue.
