Job summary

Citadel Search in Singapore is seeking a CAD Drafter to support tunnel construction drawings, focusing on AutoCAD 2D production and revisions.

You will work with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards (BCA, LTA, PUB) and deliver shop drawings.

Candidates should have a Civil/Structural background, 5+ years drafting experience in Singapore, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience, preferably within Singapore’s construction or engineering consultancy.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
• Good understanding of building codes, drafting standards, and technical drawing conventions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Open to working 5.5D (Mon–Fri: 8am–6pm, Sat: 8am–12pm).

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings including RC shop drawings, construction plans, reinforcement layouts, excavation drawings, and steelwork detailing based on issued designs and instructions.
• Produce and update AutoCAD (2D) drawings for project documentation and construction use.
• Coordinate with design engineers and architects to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with design intent.
• Manage drawing revisions, version control, and preparation of submission packages.
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authority requirements (e.g. BCA, LTA, PUB).
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to support design coordination and execution.
