Job summary

CLO HAUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled drafter to support civil engineering projects with strong CAD capabilities. You will prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D or equivalent, with focus on precise drafting, drawings revisions, and maintaining file organization throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Prepare and maintain project documents and reports
• Track project progress and update schedules
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries
• Support submission of permits (BCA/HDB)
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties
• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D or equivalent)
• Interpret design briefs, sketches, and mark-ups to produce precise drafting outputs
• Develop site plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and coordination
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes in a timely manner
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control
• Support documentation for approvals, submissions, and construction phases
