- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
Responsibilities
- Master and apply Community and Safety Policy guidelines to maintain a safe gaming environment.
- Stay plugged into market pop culture and current affairs to assess impact on players.
- Enforce policies with tact and precision.
- Respond to support tickets as a Trust & Safety specialist.
- Collaborate with the Trust & Safety Lead on escalations and in-game security incidents.
- Contribute to broader Trust & Safety projects and policy improvements.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
