Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Team Lead with Portuguese for our Trust & Safety group in Singapore. Lead a moderators team, coach performance, and drive quality and compliance in content moderation. You will coordinate with QA, onboarding, and L&D to raise standards and support career development.

Strong English and Portuguese communication, plus experience in moderating complex content, is essential. This role offers a dynamic, globally connected workplace with clear KPIs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years in content moderation operations is preferred.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including day-to-day performance, productivity, and quality.
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and support individual development plans.
• Collaborate with QA to interpret audit results and drive improvements.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing performance development with L&D and Trainers.
• Escalate policy clarifications when needed and ensure compliance.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and contribute to reporting.
• Foster a positive, respectful team culture in challenging content scenarios.
