Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or Electrical Engineering.
Fresh graduates welcome; experience in reliability testing or HDD-related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct and improve reliability testing for HDD head-media interfaces.
Analyse test results and prepare technical reports for the R&D team.
Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis.
Develop new testing methodologies and evaluation setups.
Collaborate with global teams on engineering knowledge sharing.
Lead and support Engineering Assistants and Technicians.
Ensure compliance with quality and ISO procedures.
