Qualifications

About the Role

Seeking a Tribo Development Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The role focuses on reliability testing, failure analysis, methodology development, and evaluation of head-media interface performance to support new product and technology development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and improve reliability testing for HDD head-media interfaces.

• Analyse test results and prepare technical reports for the R&D team.

• Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis.

• Develop new testing methodologies and evaluation setups.

• Collaborate with global teams on engineering knowledge sharing.

• Lead and support Engineering Assistants and Technicians.

• Ensure compliance with quality and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

Experience

• Candidates with experience in reliability testing, failure analysis, materials engineering or HDD-related industries will have an advantage.
