Treasury System Support Analyst (Production Support)
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise for treasury and in‑house bank applications.
- Manage user and IT requests efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations and application monitoring.
- Handle incident and problem management to ensure smooth production support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of systems and processes.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior resources and cross‑functional teams.
- Lead initiatives to explore and implement latest market standards and tools for cost and time efficiency.
- Support business analysts during deployment phases.
- Participate in post‑business hours activities, including on‑call duties, weekend interventions, DRP, and release support.
Requirements
- 5‑7 years of experience in production support for financial systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of strong knowledge in treasury applications or Capital Markets IT support.
- ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets regulatory rules is a plus.
- Experience with Capital Markets applications (e.g., Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is advantageous.
- Skilled in SLA & KPI management, client communication, escalation management, and risk analysis.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets FO/BO environment preferred.
- Strong configuration management expertise.
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control‑M.
- Experience with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
