Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the CTU Business Finance function. You will drive P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, hedge accounting governance, and governance controls while partnering with Treasury and Risk teams to ensure accurate financial insights.

We require 12+ years in banking/finance, strong SAP/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proven leader who can deliver under pressure and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with exposure to Treasury, Product and Financial Control and Hedge Accounting.
• Strong skills in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyse complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production, monitoring, and analysis of Group CTU P&L reports with timely, accurate financial results.
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers to stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to assess financial performance trends and support strategic decisions.
