You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Leadership to identify growth, manage risks, and drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 12-15+ years in finance, strong FP&A capabilities, and a track record of influencing strategy through insights.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence strategy via financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reviews with senior leaders and drive opportunities/risks discussions.
• Oversee expense management through disciplined processes.
• Drive strategic projects and coordinate key initiatives.
• Monitor profitability and performance across business lines with scorecards.
• Develop measures to improve accountability and execution across functions.
• Support planning for growth and identify new revenue sources.
• Create market reviews and data-driven presentations across functions.
• Demonstrate customer focus and ability to identify opportunities to improve business.
